About Anita Roll
I’m a freelance decorative artist that travels nationally painting murals and faux finishes for private homeowners and national building companies. I have painted in many award winning model homes for several national builders including Beazer, Robuck and HHHunt Homes. Creating custom artwork in the form of murals, canvas art and painted furniture to coordinate with your existing furnishings is something I love to do.
I have scenic art experience from working on film (A League of Their Own), television (ABC mini-series Separate But Equal), and numerous theatrical productions and hold a B.S. Degree in Commercial Art from the University of Evansville, Indiana.
I have worked with many talented interior designers including Terri Kemp Interiors and Isabella Zorrilla out of Atlanta and Dannielle Hoffman in Houston. A project dear to my heart was traveling to several cities painting murals for Enchanted Makeovers in newly created sewing rooms within women’s shelters. Enchanted Makeovers is headed by Terry Grahl whose mission is to take existing shelters for women and children and transform the interiors to provide a creative and nurturing environment that provides encouragement and learning opportunities.
